These General Conditions of Access ("Access Conditions") regulate access and use by any person (the "user") of the pages making up the domain http://www.novocargo.com(the "web site"), belonging to NOVOCARGO, as well as the contents and services it contains.
Access to this web site or its use necessarily implies, without limitation, the acceptance of and submission to the Access Conditions. It is therefore recommended that that the user reads these carefully each time he/she intends to use the NOVOCARGO web site.
NOVOCARGO reserves the right, at any moment, and without the need for prior warning, to make any modification or update to the content and services, the Access Conditions, and in general, those elements which make up the design and configuration of its web site.

ACCESS TO THE WEB SITE

Users access the web site exclusively at their own risk. The sole purpose of the content and services is the dissemination of information about the activities carried out by NOVOCARGO. The contents of the web site shall not under any circumstances be considered as legal advice about any matter.
NOVOCARGO shall take all reasonable steps available to it to ensure the accuracy and currency of its web site. Nevertheless, NOVOCARGO is not able to guarantee this at all times.
Given that the user is able to download certain contents of the web site, NOVOCARGO has the infrastructure necessary to avoid damage from the existence of computer viruses. Our anti-virus system is reasonably secure and is updated with the changes which our service provider makes available to us.
